Project: Dip-Dyed Tee

Trend: Tie-dye

Hello fellow fashion lovers, it has been too long! I’m excited about bringing you the latest tutorial. It’s fast, it’s easy, it’s fun, and oh so messy.  Dye has the potential to get everywhere on your clothes, on the floor, and yes on your hands.  If you have an important event coming up I do not recommend trying this project right now.  It may turn your hands purple for a couple of days.  Getting back to the good stuff though, this is a great craft to try if you have never tie-dyed anything before just because it is so simple.  Has anyone ever dip-dyed anything before? Let me know and happy crafting. 🙂

Love this! You can wear rubber (I know how that sounds, I’m British) washing up gloves or latex gloves to stop the dye staining your hands! Happy to see you back 🙂

Oh Lauren, I really enjoy this post! You’ve made tie-dyeing looks so easy! 🙂
I remember wearing tie dye clothes in the ’90s, they were very popular back then (now they are back in trend), and I wish I had kept this tie-dye shirt which appears in my recent post:
